Dr. Keith Street
Anderson & Spartanburg Office
Dr. Keith Street has provided high-quality orthodontic care for children and adults in upstate SC since 1990. He received his DMD from MUSC in Charleston. Following dental school, he completed a one-year fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia with a primary focus on advanced restorative techniques in the periodontal-involved patient. Dr. Street then completed a two-year Orthodontic residency program and received his Orthodontic specialty degree at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Street is board eligible with the American Board of Orthodontics and a member of the American Dental Association, the South Carolina Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, and the Anderson Dental Society.
Dr. Street and his wife Ashley have three grown children: Hunter, Sydney, and Alex. Dr. Street loves everything about the outdoors!
Dr. Lang Foster
Anderson
Dr. Lang Foster graduated with a BS degree from Wofford College in 1990. While at the Medical University of South Carolina, College of Dental Medicine, he received an HPSP scholarship from the United States Navy, and following graduation, entered the Navy and completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency. After serving in the Navy for seven years as a general dentist, Dr. Foster was selected for the TriService Orthodontic Residency Program at Wilford Hall Medical Center on Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio. There, Dr. Foster earned his certificate in orthodontics in 2004 and served as staff orthodontist at the United States Naval Hospital Yokosuka, Japan from 2004-2007.
Dr. Foster is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists. He enjoys keeping up with current trends and technology in orthodontics and routinely earns more than thirty credit hours of continuing education a year. Dr. Foster calls Anderson, SC “home” and has had a thriving practice there since 2009.
Dr. Diane Piccioni
Spartanburg
Dr. Diane Piccioni grew up in upstate New York and moved to South Carolina in the summer of 2018 to begin her orthodontic career. She attended dental school at SUNY at Buffalo and completed her orthodontic training in New York City. Her hospital-based residency program afforded her the opportunity to treat several complex multidisciplinary and orthognathic cases over the course of three years. She focuses on proper diagnosis and meticulous treatment planning prior to beginning treatment in order to achieve the best outcomes possible.
In her spare time, Diane enjoys running, hiking, reading, traveling, and playing guitar. She is an avid sports fan, rooting for the Buffalo Bills, the Philadelphia Phillies, and the Syracuse Orange basketball team. While a piece of her heart will always live in NYC, she is excited to make South Carolina her home!
Dr. Osborne
Charleston & Summerville
Meet Dr. Dustin Osborne. He’s an orthodontist from Morgantown, West Virginia. Dr. Osborne completed an undergraduate degree in biology, dental school and orthodontic residency at West Virginia University. Dr. Osborne is now proud to call South Carolina home. He wanted to become an orthodontist after having braces himself at 12 years old. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He loves to travel and spend time with his dog Huckleberry. He is loving the lowcountry and all it has to offer.
Dr. David Eichel
Cartersville
Dr. David Eichel is a dual-trained Orthodontist and Pediatric Dentist. He has provided high-quality orthodontic care for children and adults for over 25 years. He practiced first in Cincinnati and now back in his hometown of Atlanta since 2014. He received his DMD from the Medical College of Georgia followed by a certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Connecticut and an MSD in Orthodontics from Indiana University. He has worked in both private practice and group practices and is excited to bring his experience in all facets of Orthodontics to all his patients.
Dr. Eichel has been married to Judy for over 30 years and they have 4 adult sons. Dr. Eichel is a member of The American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Georgia Association of Orthodontists, and Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, boating, traveling, spending time with his family, and playing with his two dogs. He is also an avid fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and Atlanta Braves.
Dr. Reising
Rome & Acworth
Dr. Brian Reising received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Indiana University School of Dentistry, graduating with High Distinction. After completing dental school, he completed his Orthodontic Residency at the Ohio State University, College of Dentistry, Department of Orthodontics, where he earned a Master of Science in Biology and Specialty Certification in Orthodontics. Dr. Reising has been practicing orthodontics for over 20 years and is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics. He is the practicing doctor for our Rome and Acworth locations! Dr. Reising has lived in the Atlanta area since 1999 and enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids.
Dr. Goodman
Greenville
Dr. Goodman holds an extensive academic background with training across multiple disciplines. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan, followed by a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). Dr. Goodman continued advanced graduate studies in Orthodontics at the University of Michigan, earning a Master of Science degree. They later completed a PhD in Nutrition as well as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (NMD) degree from Westbrook University.
Outside of professional life, Dr. Goodman enjoys biking, hiking, cooking, and lifelong learning. They are the proud parent of two grown children and share their home with a beloved puppy named Pink.
Dr. Hamilton
Rachel M. Hamilton was born and raised in Augusta, GA. She is the daughter of a pastor and a schoolteacher. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College-School of Dentistry in Nashville, TN. Upon graduation, she continued her dental education at Case Western Reserve University-School of Dentistry in Cleveland, OH, where she received her Master of Science in Dentistry degree and Certificate in Orthodontics.
Rachel was told by her mother that she wanted to become a dentist since she was 5 years old. How awesome is that, that she was able to accomplish her goal and become not only a dentist, but an orthodontist. After her own experience of wearing braces, she decided that she wanted to become an orthodontist to help make people’s lives better with beautiful smiles.
She has been practicing orthodontics for over twenty years, many of which have been right here in South Carolina. She loves transforming the smiles of the patients and giving them that little boost of confidence that they may not have had before orthodontic treatment.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her family and her cat, Saber.
Dr. McKee
Dr. Sarah McKee grew up in Mt. Pleasant, SC before attending Clemson University for her undergraduate degree where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Business Administration. After college, Dr. McKee moved back to the South Carolina coast where she went on to receive her Doctor in Dental Medicine degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. McKee furthered her doctoral degree by completing her specialty training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at The Dental College of Georgia in Augusta, GA in 2020.
Dr. McKee has been practicing for the last five years in Greenville, SC and is excited to return to her roots in the Lowcountry alongside her husband Christopher. Apart from orthodontics, Dr. McKee is an avid tennis player, enjoys waterskiing, and loves to be outside whether it is at the beach or on a boat. Both her and her husband are obsessed with their Springer Spaniel, Molly, and enjoy traveling, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and spending time with family and friends.
